Location:Indonesia - Jakarta

Role Purpose:

Role is to perform the surveillance and fault handling activities and ensure that all the events on a network get escalated, to the relevant function within the stipulated time period for restoration / resolution.

Perform as Fault handling Core Network Technician has primary responsibility as Shift Network Technician Fault Handling Alarm Core Network, for :

- CS Core monitoring (STP Huawei and IGW/Fix Corporate)

- PS Core monitoring (EMM Online)

- VAS Core Monitoring (SMSC/ISMSC, MAPGW, LBS).

IN Core Monitoring (CCN, SDP, IVR).

Minimum Requirements:

Qualification:

Willing to work on a rotating 24 x 7 shifts plan.

Education requirement: Diploma/Degree:

Technic Telecommunication/Electronic Engineering.

Technical competence:

Good knowledge about basic network GSM, network monitoring system, network topology.

Experience:

Length of minimum 1 year Network operation center, operation surveillance/monitoring.

Skills:

English min. passive, Good communication skills, Good in analytic and investigation technique, Must be able to learn, understand apply new technologies, Strong team, literate (Excel, Word, Outlook), team work.
